ABOUT ANDŽEJS GRAUDS
The founder of the Drum School is Andžejs Grauds, one of the most popular Latvian drummers and musicians
He has been working with children, youth and adults for more than 15 years, teaching them drumming skills, inspiring and creating many different drumming events and projects.
Andžejs has played and recorded with most of the popular musicians in Latvia and the Baltics. He has toured in numerous European countries, USA, Afghanistan and Scandinavia. He has received 2 Latvian state awards.
Since 2015, Andžejs has been the author and organizer of the Baltic Drummers Summit – the largest drumming event in Northern Europe, which in 2018 received the award “Best Latvian Centenary Big Event in Riga”, as well as international attention and recognition.
The Andžejs Grauds’s Drum School was founded in 2009 and is the largest drum school in the Baltics.
