The Andžejs Grauds’s Drum School is the FIRST drum school in Northern Europe. 

Its roots date back to 2002, but it gained official status in 2009. Our schools are located in Rīga, Mārupe and Ādaži, and group lessons for the little ones are offered in several Latvian kindergartens!

Both children and adults can start drum lessons at the drum school, learning to play drums at different levels – from beginner to professional with well-known Latvian drummers! You can start lessons without waiting for the new school year, from 3 years to unlimited age! Students are offered interesting, exciting and versatile drumming lessons, and each student’s preferences and musical style are assessed and listened to. All students participate in a student progress report concert once a year, gaining invaluable stage experience and inspiration.



Students also have the opportunity to participate in drum camps organized by the Drum School, masterclasses of the best drummers in Latvia, Baltic Drum Summits, concerts of the best students, as well as marching drummers in DRUMLINE LATVIA. The Andžejs Grauds’s Drum School is created to give everyone who has decided to take up drumming or to try it at least once in their life the opportunity to experience it at the highest level.
